Artifact - Idea Terracotta

On a Sunday afternoon in August we went into the Castro di Artefatto shop and found what we were looking for, but the sales assistant very kindly invited us to visit the workshop as well. We arrived with a precise idea that the owner Angelo has completely modified, making our picture a true work of art. Available, kind, background music and ready to go with the art sketch. Thank you! Found by chance on the internet while looking for something special, we decided to rely on them for our wedding favors and we are very happy with the choice we made! We managed everything remotely, from choosing the canvas, to ordering and shipping. They were very kind and super helpful throughout the creation of the canvases, keeping us updated and sending us photos of the work done. What can I say... Thank you for making the favor of our big day unique and special!

We ended up there by chance after visiting Castro. The shop was closed, out of season, but the sign indicated Ortelle's laboratory. No sooner said than done. A very pleasant discovery of creating, in the laboratory, a personalized tile to be fixed to the outside of the gate of our beach house. A small masterpiece that caught the eye of many. The fact is that on other occasions we have accompanied other people to fulfill the same purpose

Last summer, we discovered this beautiful shop in Castro. We were impressed by these unique handmade pieces. Obviously we couldn't resist and left with two beautiful paintings as a souvenir of our holiday in Salento. Yes, we were looking for the house number for our house and the lady (very kind among other things) told us to go to the laboratory in Ortelle. The owner satisfied our needs and we took home a beautiful composition. This year we commissioned wedding favors for our son's baptism. How wonderful. Fast shipping, package carefully packaged. I highly recommend Artifact.

Of disarming professionalism!!! Very prepared in everything!! Even in blathering falsehoods!!!! Since March 24th they have had a piece of ceramic that they had made incorrectly!!! (the writing slipped away with two days of rain)!!!! It's May 18th and we can't see the light of the piece in question!!!! Artists in all!!!! After 2 and a half months they give us the piece back, with an elusive cooking process in an oven that to define it as such borders on the ridiculous!!!!! It's December 19th and the great work has the same problem again!!!! It was a gift, otherwise I would have brought it back to him, this great work!!!! Who knows why the "artists" don't respond to negative reviews!! A piece of advice, go and pick tomatoes, that's better!!!!
